Appart Hotel Avalon

Totally fine stay on business trip. Its location was central, an easy walk to Maison Fond.

It was surely a great stay in that area of Paris. Simple check-in was a bonus.

The rooms were brand-new and air-conditioned for the value of money kept by the genuinely helpful staff. Everything was amazing. Certainly a perfectly pleasant experience for short stay in Paris.

Staff and location are perfect here, had a really really nice stay in a convenient hotel. It is set in a pretty nice area, close to a main street and a church. Also, we saw Things, based within walking distance of the venue.

Little hotel, the staff were all helpful and knowledgeable and the location was stunning near to the public transport via bus or train. Good stay, as always.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was perfect and short walk to Gare du Nord, restaurants. Super-friendly staff with another friendly member of staff and good Wi-Fi.

Unbeatable location, within a walking distance of Seine River. The nice onsite restaurant had plenty of food.

It was definitely 3 stars for me: continental breakfast and perfect bed. Thanks to very efficient staff I had a really comfortable stay. I loved the a sauna and a whirlpool near the pool.

Well priced clean hotel with decent staff who made the stay a pleasant experience.

The breakfast was generous and the staff was generally nice. Absolutely superb view, a large balcony, nice bed, too. Prime location to marais. A poolside restaurant was terrific. Rooftop bar and very clean pool.

Staff were competent and also we loved our stay. Enviable, prime location short walk to Gare du Nord, main railway station, train stations. We had access to overnight parking, excellent pool. Everything was very good!

Had an outstanding time. We loved this place, it has great location and staff. Walking distance to the stunning beach. Plus, it was 10 minutes drive by car from the louvre. Unbelievable view of sea.

Staff is FUNNY and rooms are efficient. All in all it's neat place, they have big beds. Incredible location, relatively near passage brady.

We had the apartment and it was air-conditioned. Kitchenette was a big plus. All in all ABSOLUTELY GOOD location nonetheless the street is noisy, can't fault them for that. We liked to chill in the nearby Brasserie Bellanger.
